Marketing Systems for Business
Codeframe can provide options to your business to develop the marketing tools your business needs. What we can offer roughly breaks down into 2 key areas –
- Presentation – the look and feel of your marketing through the use of content writers and graphic designers,
- Communication – the methods of delivery whether that be through Email, SMS or Print/Digital.
Codeframe offers tailored solutions built for your specific business but we keep costs to a minimum by using pre-existing foundations. So, to find out what can work for you, it’s best to get in touch – you can do that HERE.

Email marketing is a cost-effective way of promoting your business and, particularly if you haven’t done it yet, there is a genuine positive impact that can be had from a well-crafted, well-presented message.
You can do a lot of things with emails
- sell products,
- share some news,
- improve your cart abandonment rate or
- tell a story.
Your communications can be individualised (think of mail-merge here) as well as your business holding information about all the communications a particular customer has received allowing you to report on the effectiveness of your efforts.
You can also define “pathways”; that is, a series of communications that bring someone from not knowing about your business along a series of steps to ultimately becoming a new customer.
A key element is your subscriber list, made up of people who have opted-in to receive your messages. Building this list does take effort, particularly at the outset of your email marketing strategy but Codeframe can help to automate this as much as possible.
Populating your List
The first stage is to get everyone within the business to understand that getting people subscribed onto the list is an important strategic step. The next stage is to provide the means to get people onto your list.
This might include:
- Getting a list subscribe feature setup for use on your website
- Having a direct URL to the subscription list that can be sent to people or included in an email signtaure
- Including as many convenient sharing options in your marketing as possible
- Even a sign-up sheet at trade fairs and other public events
- Plus, having a subscription feature embedded inside your internal IT system.
In general, wherever your close to people who are interested in what you do, make sure there is a convenient method for them to sign up and learn more.
Publishing your Content
Whilst most of the previous steps are fairly common across all businesses, the area where we find most difference between the businesses we work with is this area, “content”.
For some businesses, this can be a real “head-scratcher”. What to say? How often to say it?
For other businesses, there’s so much to say.
Either way, if you feel able to pitch your message in the right way, that’s great, but, if you need help refining the message or the presentation, we can help.
It is though vital to get your content out on a fairly regular basis (once a month is great) as this ultimately is the whole purpose of the exercise and well-crafted content is what keeps your subscribers list happy and growing.
